HamMUN with its numerous participants, topics, viewpoints and last but not least socials is by nature a very complex event.

And this is where we – the Press-Team 2016 – come into play: We will be there to keep you updated at all times on committees, debates and on what is going on behind the scenes.

In other words: We are your eyes and ears in the best way possible. It is our declared mission to enrich the HamMUN-experience. That’s why all you need to know is right here on our blog and of course on social media. So please make sure to add us on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.

We believe in team work and contribution. Therefore we would like to encourage you to approach us whenever you have a suggestion for an article or any kind of information on your hands that you feel should be published.

  6. If I could interview one politician or diplomat of my choice it would have to be: Right now – Barack Obama. I’ll miss him! Otherwise Donald Trump – Just to annoy him as much as I can.
  7. My favorite comfort-food that helps to be creative: Anything that can be eaten on the side during work while not looking, in a shockingly short amount of time. M&Ms maybe – or Crisps, but only if I really feel the need to annoy the person next to me.
  8. I look forward to Hammun 2016 because: It’s my first MUN, so I hope it will be one to remember! I’ve heard so many great things about it, and I look forward to meeting all the new People.

  8. I look forward to HamMUN 2016 because: I enjoy meeting new people from different parts of the world. The discussion topics sound promising, and the excitement beforehand is kind of tangible. Also really looking forward to all the social events.

  8. I look forward to HamMUN 2016 because: I will once again test my minimum amount of sleep, but could there be any better occasion than working together with a great team from all over the world? I am excited to finally get to know my wonderful press team.

  5. My main journalistic objective for this conference is: Since I’m working the cameras and editing-programs my objective for the conference is rather technical than journalistic. I hope to create videos that properly capture the spirit of the HamMUN 2016.
  6. If I could interview one politician or diplomat of my choice it would have to be: I’d definitely enjoy a nice cup of tea with Germany’s chancellor Angela Merkel.
